Job Description – Full-Stack AI / Agentic Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AI-assisted and agentic coding. The ideal candidate should be a strong software engineer who can build applications using both traditional coding and up-to-date AI coding agents.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build applications using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar tools.
- Review, debug, test, and manually improve AI-generated code.
- Work with Git, APIs, SaaS integrations, databases, CLI tools, and existing codebases.
- Build AI automations, internal tools, integrations, and workflows.
- Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol), APIs, authentication, permissions, and secure AI integrations.




- Support basic IT/helpdesk activities (10–15% of the role).
- Maintain documentation and follow secure development practices.

AI & Security

Experience or strong understanding of:
- AI coding agents and agentic development
- MCP clients/servers
- API authentication and access control
- RBAC and least-privilege access
- Secrets/API key management
- Prompt injection and data protection
- Logging, auditing, and AI governance
