Role & responsibilities :
• Build Motor focused agency force
• Achieve budgeted sales target (Retail Motor products only)
• Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
• Handholding of Advisors
• Ownership and servicing of Advisors
• Drive advisors activation and progression
• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
• Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis
