Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BI Lead with robust expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics, Cognos Framework Manager, and Tableau to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business intelligence strategy, report modernization, semantic layer modeling, dashboard development, stakeholder management, and leading BI delivery teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BI development and reporting initiatives.
- Assess existing BI environments including IBM Cognos and Tableau reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.




- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into analytics solutions.
- Manage report inventory, dependency analysis, and impact assessments.
- Drive reporting migration and modernization projects.
- Validate KPIs, business metrics, and reporting logic.
- Perform report optimization and performance tuning.
- Mentor BI developers and provide technical leadership.
- Prepare technical documents, executive presentations, and status reports.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Program Managers, and Business Teams.
