Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple positions across locations.
- Manage bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives within defined timelines
- Plan and execute campus hiring programs and build relationships with colleges & institutions
- Attend job fairs, career expos, and recruitment events to attract potential candidates
- Organise and conduct walk-in drives and job drives across different locations
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and recruitment teams for manpower planning
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor networks
- Lead recruitment teams and monitor hiring performance metrics
- Ensure smooth on boarding and joining process for selected candidates




- Willingness to travel extensively for campus drives, job fairs, and hiring activities

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring processes
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Good networking and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Robust command of job portals and recruitment tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is an added advantage
- Candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and flexible to travel
