About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Manager who can take ownership of brand strategy, marketing execution and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making and independently drive campaigns from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.
- Manage brand positioning, communication and brand identity.
- Plan and execute digital, social media and performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive content and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Manage lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Plan PR, partnerships, events and brand activations.
- Support B2B buyer and supplier acquisition initiatives.
- Manage CRM,



marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, marketing metrics and ROI.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media and other external agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation.
- Work closely with sales, business development and management teams.
- Prepare regular marketing and performance reports.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management or a related field.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand building.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
