The role involves delivering Tier1 HR Helpdesk services, executing H2R transactions, and partnering with global HR teams. German language fluency is mandatory. German Language Specialist with knowledge in HRO9 English Language Specialist with knowledge in HRO Key Responsibilities: A. HR Helpdesk Advisory (Tier1) Handle HR queries related to Compensation, Perks, Payroll, LD, Timekeeping, Workday transactions, Recruiting, and Performance Management. Provide voice and nonvoice support in German and English. Manage and resolve tickets across multiple HR queues. Support high touch cases such as pay-out, health and wellness related suport. B.



Hire-to-Retire Transactional Activities Process Workday HCM updates across the employee lifecycle. Support onboarding activities including document verification and background checks. Coordinate offboarding workflows including exit documentation. C. Learning and Development Familiarity with end-to-end workflows within learning administration. Is able to co-ordinate and calibrate with different stakeholders. Ensures managing vendor co-ordination, invoicing and learning event administration D.
