Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring processes for various clients across different industries.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and negotiate salaries with candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment Manufacturing , Automobile or related field.
- Solid documentation skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Excellent interview scheduling and salary negotiation abilities.
