We are seeking detail-oriented and research-driven Back-Office Executives to join our offshore operations team. The position offers an opportunity to work on corporate research, entity-level due diligence, data analysis, documentation, and client communication for international engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, entities, and related corporate information using web-based and official sources.
- Gather, verify, and organize information from corporate records, government databases, and other reliable sources.
- Conduct entity-level due diligence and prepare structured summaries of company profiles.
- Review organizational structures, ownership details, and other relevant corporate information.
- Analyze and interpret corporate records to determine the current status of an entity.
- Study and understand Merger-Conversion Agreements and other corporate/legal documents.
- Extract relevant information from complex documents and present findings in a explicit and concise manner.
- Assist in the compilation, preparation,



and drafting of legal and corporate documentation.
- Prepare research notes, summaries, reports, and other deliverables as per project requirements.
- Participate in virtual discussions and meetings with offshore/international clients whenever required.
- Draft clear, professional, and well-structured emails for client and internal communication.
- Coordinate with the offshore operations team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and quality standards while handling client and corporate information.
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently while adhering to deadlines and defined processes.
- Apply sound judgment when reviewing information and highlight discrepancies or relevant findings to the concerned team.
