Structos India Software is expanding its international sales team based in Jaipur, working on business development for European markets, with an initial focus on the Netherlands. This is a great opportunity for a Jaipur-based sales professional to build a career in international B2B software sales without relocating.

About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to generate and develop new business opportunities in the Netherlands and India. The role is LinkedIn-driven focused on personalized prospecting and relationship-building rather than cold calling. You'll work closely with the company director, who leads on-site client demonstrations, while you manage the pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups that keep deals moving.

Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and personalized outreach
- Build relationships with prospects and arrange meetings/demos




- Prepare briefing notes for the director ahead of client demonstrations
- Follow up post-demo and maintain contact through the sales cycle
- Coordinate proposals and next steps with management and technical teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular pipeline updates

Skills & Experience Required
- 23 years' experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with international clients
- Ability to understand software products and communicate their business value
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning the sales pipeline end-to-end
- Working knowledge of CRM tools

Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed CTC: 2.4 4 LPA (based on experience and English fluency)
