1. ROLE OVERVIEW

The Telecalling & Query Executive – International Business will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, communicating with international clients through calls and other channels, coordinating product and pricing requirements, negotiating rates within approved limits, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

The role is primarily focused on query handling, customer communication, commercial coordination, and follow-ups, rather than direct sales generation.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming product and customer queries from international clients.
- Communicate with customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements regarding product, quantity, specification, packaging, manufacturer, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team/suppliers to check product availability and pricing.
- Obtain and compare supplier rates to prepare competitive quotations.




- Discuss and negotiate rates with customers/suppliers within the company's approved pricing and margin guidelines.
- Prepare and share quotations accurately and within the required turnaround time.
- Follow up on pending queries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of queries, quotations, rates, follow-ups, and order status.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Accounts, and Documentation teams for smooth execution of confirmed requirements.
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding availability, pricing, dispatch, documentation, and other requirements.
- Escalate special pricing requests, unusual requirements, or commercial matters to the reporting manager.
- Maintain qualified and positive communication with existing and prospective customers.
