Role & responsibilities
- Attend to post-sales customer complaints and service requests for electrical and switchgear products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, product issues, and operational problems.
- Carry out repairing, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment at customer sites.
- Provide in office technical support and service to customers.
- Travel to customer locations within Uttarakhand, including remote and industrial areas, as required.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct inspections and identify the root cause of equipment/product failures.
- Prepare service reports, complaint records, and job completion reports after site visits.
- Coordinate with the technical/OEM team for issues requiring further technical assistance or replacement.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships during service visits.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety procedures and company service standards.
- Assist in installation, testing,



commissioning, and demonstration of products whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade.
- 02 years of experience in electrical maintenance, field service, switchgear, or industrial electrical products. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, fault finding, troubleshooting, testing, and basic maintenance.
- Basic understanding of MCBs, MCCBs, changeover switches, contactors, starters, panels, and other electrical/switchgear products will be an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose electrical and equipment-related problems and carry out on-site repairs and maintenance.
- Comfortable working at customer sites and travelling anywhere within Uttarakhand as required.
- Should be comfortable with field work and travelling to industrial and remote locations.
