Purpose/Objective

The main purpose of this role implementation of talent management strategies and organization design initiatives to build a high-performance work culture within the business.
Building organizational capability (technical / functional / behavioral) to create a strong pipeline of future leaders for meeting business goals.
EE develop strong, trusting relationships with each team member.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Set objective TM, EE team monitor team and performance.
Arrange problem solving to a employee relation, TM team, and TA team also.
Take tasks and projects to the TM team.
Great knowledge about TM, TA and EE.
Continually keeping abstract with new employee legislation update and regulatory changes He should plan and excite engagement strategies with activities such as division action planning session,



BU work Review and monitor employee engagement levels and its impact on business plan He should to create OD initiatives.
He should to work closely with the senior leadership to execute people strategy.
Manage the on board process for new hires.
Assist with events and projects associative with our culture development, employee appreciation.
Ability to solve problems and make proactive.
Versatile with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

MBA - Human resource management with 10years plus experience in large scale set of HR processes.
