Click2Commission (Ampx) is a performance marketing agency with offices in Noida, Dubai, and Jakarta, working with clients across automotive, healthcare, fintech, and affiliate verticals. We are expanding our client base across high-value international markets and are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into paying clients across the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and similar high-value markets. This is a full-cycle sales role: you will be responsible from prospecting to closing the deal, with a clear focus on revenue generation from clients who can pay fair market rates for performance marketing services (SEO, AEO, GEO, and related digital growth services).

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads across target geographies (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and comparable markets)
- Build and manage a full sales pipeline: prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, proposal building,



negotiation, and closing
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients, owning the deal from first contact to contract
- Understand client business needs and position Click2Commission's SEO/AEO/GEO services as the right fit
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and deal status in CRM
- Collaborate with the delivery and content teams to ensure smooth handoff after client onboarding
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent the agency professionally in client calls, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Stay current on trends in SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital marketing to speak credibly with prospects

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in a digital marketing, SaaS, or SEO agency workplace
- Proven track record of managing an end-to-end sales pipeline and closing
