About the Role

We are looking for a
Trainer
with 2-3 years experience in organising and running
training programs. Preferred prior Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
(any domain).

The ideal candidate should be able to plan the program and be able to seamlessly executive the training for
Recruitment Certification Program

Key Responsibilities
- Design the program using the collateral from the company vast Library covering all steps of a typical Recruiters journey.
- Roll out the program with curriculum for each day of the program freezed
- Invite industry experts from the comanies Network of CHRO/CEO
- Explain recruitment processes, industry practices, and professional communication.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.




- Stay updated with current recruitment trends and industry requirements.
- Support students in becoming job-ready for Recruitment/HR roles.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

- Prior experience inindependently
CONDUCTING TRAINING PROGRAMS is a MUST
- Experience working with a
training institute, academy, educational organization, or corporate training program
will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Positive knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students/candidates.
