Job Summary

We Dezine Studio is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive – Operations to coordinate project activities, ensure smooth execution, and support project teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project operations and execution activities.
- Monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Track material procurement, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure projects are executed according to company standards and client requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain project records, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support Project Managers in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Project Execution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes.
- Vendor and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and project documentation expertise.
