Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in North American recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical professionals across the US market.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant US-North American IT recruitment experience and preferably come from a corporate recruitment environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on multiple technical requirements, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and interacting with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements
- 56 years maximum overall professional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on North American IT recruitment experience.




- Strong understanding of the US IT hiring market and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical/IT positions.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of US recruitment terminology, hiring practices, and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a corporate recruitment / in-house TA environment.
- Experience recruiting for mid-size or large organizations.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
- Strong exposure to niche and hard-to-find IT skill sets.
