Job Duties

Campaign & Digital Design
- Design and produce digital marketing assets across a broad range of formats and channels, including paid digital advertising, social media content, email creative, web banners, and landing page visuals.
- Execute campaign extensions and asset adaptations including resizing, reformatting, and versioning hero creative across platforms, markets, and brand families under the direction of creative management.
- Develop visually compelling graphics for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with each brand’s design language system (DLS).
- Create digital assets optimized for omnichannel delivery including distributor portals, owned web properties, e-commerce environments, and retailer marketing programs.
- Support Channel Marketing teams with creative production for distributor and dealer marketing programs, producing sales-ready digital and print assets on tight timelines.

Sales Collateral & Marketing Materials
- Design and produce a wide range of sales enablement materials including sales flyers,



data sheets, sell sheets, product brochures, and channel marketing support pieces.
- Update and maintain existing marketing collateral, refreshing assets to reflect current brand DLS standards, updated product information, and campaign messaging.
- Adapt and extend creative developed by agency partners for in-house use across sales, channel, and distributor-facing contexts.
- Produce quick-turn creative revisions and edits to existing materials with accuracy and speed, maintaining brand integrity across even the most straightforward updates.
- Manage organized, version-controlled file libraries for all active and archived marketing assets, ensuring materials are accessible to global team members and agency partners.
