About the Role

We are looking for high-performing, experienced Academic Counsellors who are not just good communicators but proven sales and conversion professionals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of converting leads into admissions, take complete ownership of targets, and be comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment.

This is not a passive counselling role. We are looking for professionals who can understand student requirements, build trust, handle objections, follow up aggressively and ethically, and close admissions consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand student career goals, requirements,



budget and concerns.
- Recommend appropriate courses/programs based on the student's profile.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through structured counselling and sales techniques.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until closure.
- Handle objections related to fees, course value, career prospects, competition, timing and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in the CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads and targets from the first month.
- Maintain high follow-up discipline and ensure no genuine lead is neglected.
- Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Participate in sales reviews, training sessions and performance discussions.
- Continuously improve conversion ratios, follow-up quality and sales performance.
