Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Business Development to drive business growth, patient acquisition, referral development, and corporate partnerships for the hospital. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of relevant experience exclusively in the hospital/healthcare industry, with solid exposure to corporate sales, doctor referrals, institutional business, and healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve hospital revenue and patient acquisition targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, institutions, PSUs, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, consultants, and key decision-makers.




- Drive corporate tie-ups, health check-up programs, camps, wellness initiatives, and institutional partnerships.
- Generate referrals and increase patient footfall across OPD, IPD, diagnostics, health check-ups, and specialty services.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with consultants and clinical departments to support specialty-wise business growth.
- Plan and execute BTL activities, medical camps, awareness programs, corporate health camps, and outreach initiatives.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure strong relationships, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and monitor sales pipelines, revenue reports, business forecasts, and achievement against targets.
