Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager IT Services to manage strategic enterprise accounts, strengthen client relationships, drive account growth, and coordinate effectively with offshore delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services, enterprise account management, onsite-offshore delivery models, client relationship management, and business growth. Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or healthcare clients will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship management for a strategic enterprise account.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, service areas, and expansion possibilities.
- Coordinate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
- Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, renewals, staffing alignment, commercials, and governance cadence.




- Support presales activities, proposals, solution discussions, and client presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams.
- Monitor account performance, delivery expectations, risks, and client escalations.
- Conduct regular governance meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant IT services and solutions.
- Work closely with delivery, recruitment, technology, and business teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in IT services sales, key account management, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Robust experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and senior client stakeholders.
