We are looking for a Business Development & E-commerce Specialist who can take ownership of international B2B sales, e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and partnerships.

This is a hands-on, target-oriented role for someone who enjoys finding new customers, building relationships, conducting sales conversations, and closing deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational B2B Business Development
- Identify and approach potential international retailers, boutiques, distributors, wholesalers, resellers, fashion stores, and corporate buyers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, online research, and other outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Contact prospective customers and introduce Silk Kabira's products.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into bulk and wholesale orders.
- Build long-term relationships with international buyers.
- Research new markets and identify opportunities for international expansion.

E-commerce Management & Growth
- Manage Silk Kabira's presence across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and catalogue information.
- Monitor orders, customer enquiries, reviews, and online store performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
