AM – HR | Individual Contributor

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on
Assistant Manager – HR (AM – HR)

to manage core HR activities with a robust focus on
Talent Acquisition, Hiring, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations

. This is an
Individual Contributor (IC) role

with direct responsibility for execution and coordination of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Drive recruitment activities to ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

HR Documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage onboarding and exit documentation.
- Ensure employee records are updated and properly maintained.

Employee Engagement & HR Activities




- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Support employee communication and internal HR initiatives.
- Contribute to improving employee experience and workplace culture.

General HR Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR reports and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements.
- Handle other HR responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
