Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microbiologist with hands-on experience in antibody, antigen, and protein research. The candidate will be responsible for laboratory research, protein/antigen characterization, antibody-related experiments, assay development, documentation, and supporting R&D; activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and laboratory experiments related to antigens, antibodies, and proteins.
- Perform protein extraction, purification, quantification, and characterization.
- Conduct antibody–antigen interaction and binding studies.
- Develop, optimize, and validate laboratory assays.
- Perform techniques such as ELISA, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, PCR/qPCR, and protein electrophoresis as applicable.
- Handle microbial cultures and maintain laboratory strains according to SOPs.
- Assist in recombinant protein and antigen production.
- Analyze experimental results and prepare detailed research reports.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, protocols, and experimental documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality,



and regulatory procedures.
- Troubleshoot experimental issues and optimize protocols.
- Collaborate with R&D;, QC, and other scientific teams.
- Stay updated with current research and technologies related to immunology, molecular biology, protein science, and biotechnology.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, and Protein Science.
- Practical understanding of antigen–antibody interactions.
- Experience with protein research and laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of ELISA, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, PCR/qPCR and related analytical techniques.
- Valuable experimental, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret scientific data and prepare technical reports.

Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences
- M.Tech / M.Sc. / equivalent qualification in relevant biological sciences preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹400,
