- Develop detailed Revit models for plumbing and sanitary systems based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Model domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, vent, rainwater and related piping systems.
- Place and coordinate plumbing fixtures, floor traps, cleanouts, valves, pumps, tanks and other equipment.
- Prepare coordinated layouts, sections, elevations, schematics and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing and sanitary services with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Revit and Navisworks and resolve identified clashes.
- Ensure proper pipe routing, slopes, invert levels, access clearances and maintenance space.
- Verify ceiling-space coordination and required headroom.
- Create and maintain Revit families, parameters, filters, view templates and schedules.

fixture and equipment schedules and assist with quantity take-offs.
- Update the BIM model according to consultant comments, coordination decisions and site changes.
- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements and submission procedures.
- Check the accuracy and quality of models and drawings before submission.
- Maintain proper file management, model health and version control.
- Attend coordination meetings and communicate technical issues to the BIM Coordinator, engineers and project team.Role & responsibilities
