- Responsible for ensuring Technical Team follows requirements, change and release
management process.
- Develop and report PM related metrics to show gaps, root cause, and define process
improvements.
- Create Project Charter, define project scope, timelines & resource planning.
- To create project plan and managing risks.
- Create Work Break down structure, assign resources and tracks progress.
- Track and manage resource allocation and utilization across various phases.
- Lead Technical Projects with deliverable, deadlines,
and key milestones.
- Lead technical discussions with stake holders and internal teams and resolve road blocks.
