We are looking for a
Creative Strategist / Copy
professional who can combine strong creative thinking, sharp copywriting, and strategic understanding to develop compelling ideas for brands across digital, social media, campaigns, and integrated marketing.

The ideal candidate should be able to turn a brief, consumer insight, or business objective into a strong creative thought and then translate it into impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts based on brand objectives and consumer insights.
- Create compelling
campaign ideas, brand narratives, taglines, hooks, scripts, and copy
across platforms.
- Work closely with designers, art directors, social media, account management, and performance teams.
- Translate client briefs into explicit creative directions and communication territories.
- Develop concepts for social media campaigns, digital campaigns, launches, activations, and brand communication.
- Research trends, competitors, audience behaviour,



and cultural conversations to identify creative opportunities.
- Ensure all communication is aligned with the brand's tone of voice, positioning, and objectives.
- Present and articulate creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Review creative outputs and ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the table.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in
creative strategy, copywriting, advertising, branding, or digital marketing
.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital-first communication.
- Excellent command of written English and strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to develop both
big creative ideas and execution-level copy
.
- Strong understanding of brands, consumers, trends, and popular culture.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines in a fast-pace
