Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer Aerospace & Defense to drive business growth by promoting advanced Test & Measurement solutions within the Aerospace & Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in RF/Microwave Test & Measurement products, coupled with proven field sales and account management experience. The role involves developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key defense accounts, and achieving sales targets across the North India region.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales experience with Technology products preferably in Test & measurement Industry
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product categories offered within specified timelines




- Possess robust RF /Microwave test & measurement knowledge and be able to conduct demos and discussions independently
- Job role required implementing and developing the sales strategies, customer relationships
- and specific programs/ training, webinars in order to achieve sales targets & account mapping
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to meet potential buyers’ requirements with correct & cost-effective solutions
- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Radar, Electronic Warfare Satellite Tests, & Wireless Radio Communication Products / Standards
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Sales, Technical Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience selling Technology Products, preferably Tes
