Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise fabrication activities and production operations.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, material usage, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant fabrication experience.
- Candidates with offshore plant / Oil & Gas fabrication experience will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, planning, and team-management skills.
