Role : Customer Experience Advisor
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience
Salary: ₹3.75 LPA + Sales Commissions + Shift Allowances

About the Role :

This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and sales skills who are comfortable handling international customers through voice, email, and chat.

You will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US, handling both inbound customer interactions and outbound sales calls.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails through Zendesk.
- Act as a product expert and help customers understand and navigate Bark's offerings.
- Make outbound calls to pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Offer relevant services and upgrades to customers.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently within the defined TAT.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.




- Meet or exceed Customer Experience KPIs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.

Required Skills & Experience :
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting international customers through voice/email/chat.
- Prior outbound sales experience with the ability to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
- Experience using CRM and ticketing tools.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
