About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement & Vendor Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for residential interior projects. The role focuses on securing quality materials on time and within budget while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Source materials, furniture, lighting, and décor from approved vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare costs, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to site.
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor database.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams on procurement schedules.
- Resolve supply, quality, and delivery issues with vendors.
- Monitor procurement budgets and prepare cost reports.
- Ensure invoices, purchase records,



and documentation are accurate and up to date.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior fit-outs or construction.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of interior materials and finishes.
- Proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
