Role Summary - The role is to lead and grow Brisa's sales function for product engineering and professional services, especially with global capability centers and large enterprises. The Sales Manager / AVP Sales will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account growth and will be responsible for building a high-quality pipeline and meeting ambitious revenue and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Sales Leadership




- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Brisa Technologies service offerings
- Identify high-potential market segments, industries, geographies, and client profiles.
- Set yearly/quarterly/monthly sales targets, drive accountability, and monitor progress against targets.
- Create and maintain robust sales pipeline and forecast, regularly review and report sales metrics to senior leadership.
- Lead competitive analysis, market intelligence, value proposition refinement, and positioning to win business.
- Define pricing strategies, contractual frameworks, and commercial models appropriate for enterprise deals.

Business Development & New Client Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and qualify new business opportunities (large enterprise accounts, mid-market, strategic partnerships).
