Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, strengthen vendor and customer relationships, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, market development, sales planning, reporting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational sales objectives.
- Monitor individual and team productivity and provide regular guidance and support.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team effectiveness.

2. Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Develop daily and weekly field visit plans for team members.
- Ensure effective market coverage and achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipelines, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, collections, and recoveries.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, dealers, contractors, influencers, and business partners.




- Conduct regular market visits, business meetings, and follow-ups.
- Develop current business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

4. Sales Activity & Performance Monitoring
- Review daily visit reports and evaluate the quality and outcome of customer visits.
- Monitor quotations, negotiations, order conversions, payment collections, and recovery follow-ups.
- Identify adverse developments and underperformance and report the same to the Directors with recommendations.

5. CRM & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry by the team in the CRM/Marketing Module.
- Monitor sales activities and initiate corrective actions wherever required.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Provide regular business updates and performance insights to the Directors.

6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, discounts, and custom
