Job Overview:

Talentrack is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing current business team. We are seeing a strong increase in enquiries from brands, agencies and businesses looking for content, influencer
and creative solutions, and we are looking for someone who can help convert these opportunities into business.

This is a client-facing, consultative sales role. The person will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying the right solutions, managing the sales process, and building long-term relationships with clients.

What You'll Do:
1) Handle and convert inbound business enquiries from brands, agencies and other prospective clients.
2) Understand client requirements through discovery calls and meetings and identify appropriate solutions.
3)Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and client conversations through proposals, negotiation and closure.
4) Build and maintain relationships with brands, advertising agencies, digital agencies and marketing teams.
5)Develop new business through outbound prospecting, referrals,



networking and other channels.
6)Prepare and present customised proposals based on client requirements.
7)Coordinate with internal teams to develop the right solution and ensure smooth execution after the sale.
8) Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Talentrack solutions.

9)Maintain accurate information on leads, opportunities, follow-ups and closures in the CRM.
10)Consistently follow up on opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
11)Stay updated on trends in content, influencer marketing, digital media, advertising and brand marketing.

Qualification :
1) 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Servicing or a similar client-facing role.
2) Experience in selling services, software, media, advertising, digital marketing, creative solutions or other B2B offerings.
