We are seeking experienced Senior Java Backend Developers and Lead Java Backend Developers for our Gurugram location, hybrid work model.
- Strong experience in Core Java, OOPS, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Java 8+, Collections, Multithreading.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices. Working experience in system design, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Good understanding of SQL and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or other asynchronous communication tools.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production support. Knowledge of Redis, JWT/Auth, caching frameworks, and application monitoring.
- Experience with enterprise servers like Tomcat and JBoss is an advantage.
- Banking domain experience preferred.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Should hold 2+ years of experience in team handling for Lead Java Developer role
