We are looking for a Parts Sales Exports Manager to drive aftermarket and spare-parts sales across assigned international markets.
The role will be responsible for export sales growth, dealer/distributor management, business development, sales target achievement and order fulfilment.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute export parts sales strategies for assigned international markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas dealers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/customer network.
- Understand dealer requirements and provide product, pricing and promotional support.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
- Track shipments and resolve order and logistics-related issues.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand.
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional initiatives for assigned markets.
- Drive aftermarket sales of spare and wear parts for heavy/construction equipment.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements and company policies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related discipline.
- 58 years of experience in Parts Sales / Aftermarket Sales / Export Sales.
- Solid experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, mining, material processing or industrial equipment parts.
- Experience managing international dealers/distributors.
- Exposure to MEA, SEA and South Asian markets preferred.
- Good understanding of spare parts, wear parts and aftermarket business.
- Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
