Hospital Manager

Job Description

CBR Hospitals is looking for a hands-on and responsible Hospital Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, patients, insurance/TPA teams, vendors and external healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, pharmacy, laboratory and front office.
- Coordinate with MBBS/Duty Doctors, consultants and nursing staff for smooth clinical operations.
- Manage doctor duty schedules and ensure proper staff coordination.
- Handle insurance/TPA coordination, cashless approvals, documentation and claim follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, diagnostic partners, other hospitals and external agencies for hospital requirements.
- Supervise nursing, front office, housekeeping, technicians and support staff.
- Assist in recruitment, staff training,



duty rosters and performance management.
- Handle patient concerns and ensure a good patient experience.
- Coordinate procurement, hospital supplies, equipment and other operational requirements.
- Maintain hospital documentation, SOPs and compliance-related requirements.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant hospital administration/operations experience.
- Strong communication, coordination and people-management skills.
- Healthcare/hospital administration qualification preferred.
- MBBS or clinical background will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities and solve operational issues.
