- Recent Advance License Application in DGFT portal and document preparation (Appendix 4E, Export, Import Worksheet verification and Duty Calculation)
- Norms Fixation Application (CAD marker consumption checking)
- EODC Application for Single and clubbing. (Document preparation of Appendix 4F, 4H and 4C)
- Import & Export shipment check list verification.
- Accounting of Import and Export in license wise.
- Reporting to Management for the pending Export Obligation and Financial liability.
- Attending Show Case Notice at DGFT Coimbatore and Chennai Customs along with suitable letter and documentation.
- Paying TR6 challan at customs for the unutilized import quantity.
- Reply to deficiency against New License, Norms Fixation, EODC closure application.
- Coordination with Export team to advise advance license details for the Export.
- Coordinate with Import team to advise advance license details for the Import.
- Follow-up with Logistics team for the EBRC related to Advance license.
- Filing of all the Documents Shipping Bill, BOE, Invoice and EBC for closure.
