Urgent Hiring Sr. Manager / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant operations and manufacturing activities.
- Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Handle Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Dispatch functions.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Manage and develop plant teams while maintaining healthy industrial relations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with exposure to handling a plant independently.
- Robust leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
