About PrepNxt

PrepNxt is a fast-growing EdTech platform helping students and professionals build industry-ready skills in DevOps, Cloud, Automation Testing, AI and other in-demand technologies. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to drive student enrollments and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities, course benefits and learning paths.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an excellent counseling experience.
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling or EdTech.
- Robust English communication skills.
- Experience in EdTech sales is a plus.
