Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI/ML leader to drive the development, deployment, and governance of AI-powered workflows and automation across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with practical implementation, mentoring a growing team of AI engineers while collaborating with stakeholders across departments. The Head of AI/ML will define AI strategy, embed AI competence across business functions, and pioneer innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making.
Must Have Skills

* Generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI workflow design.

* Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Power Platform.

* AI governance, safety, compliance,



and ethical frameworks.

* 10+ years in technical roles, with 5+ years in AI/ML and automation solutions.

* Proven track record of building and deploying AI-enabled workflows in enterprise environments.

* Leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

* Strong communication skills to convey AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technical setting.
Good to Have Skills

* MLOps, cloud-native data engineering, and AI integrations with CRM.

* PowerShell scripting, SQL, and workflow automation.

* Experience in enterprise AI strategy and AI solution rollout.
