Key Responsibilities

Range Planning & Buying
- Plan and manage product range for each season in alignment with brand direction and sales targets.
- Coordinate with designers and sourcing teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
- Analyse trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform buying decisions.

Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and replenishment across all channels and stores.
- Identify slow-movers and implement markdown or promotional strategies to clear stock.
- Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and attribute management in the system.

Sales & Performance Analysis
- Track category and SKU-level performance using sales reports and analytics tools.
- Provide regular merchandising reports and actionable insights to the management team.
- Support OTB (Open-to-Buy) planning and forecasting.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with vendors for order placement, follow-up on deliveries, and quality compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities where applicable.





Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the VM, marketing, ecommerce, and operations teams to align product strategy.
- Ensure new launches are supported with correct inventory levels and visibility plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail buying, or category management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Good understanding of retail metrics: sell-through, GMROI, OTB, and margin.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
