Process: Credit Card / Debit card Premium - Voice Process

WORK DETAILS:
- Convincing customers for premium cards
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company to the premium customers
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Upgradation process of ICICI cards
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Average communication skills and need minimum 6 months sales exp in BPO

Skills Required
- Average communication skills
- Sales ability and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO workplace

Qualification: Min 12th Pass & Above

Timing: 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM

Criteria: Average Comms + 6 months Sales Exp

Salary: 18,000 - 21,000 in hand + Incentives
