Job Description – Disbursal Executive

Position: Disbursal Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end loan disbursal process after approval.
- Verify KYC, loan documents, bank details, and other required documents.
- Ensure all pre-disbursal checks and compliance requirements are completed.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and other teams for timely disbursal.
- Process disbursal requests accurately within defined TATs.
- Maintain disbursal records and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and follow up on pending cases.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Operations, or Disbursal.
- Good knowledge of loan documentation and KYC processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet TATs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
