Role - Artwork Project Specialist

Location - Hyderabad

Experience - 3 to 7 Years

Mandatory Skills -Microsoft , sharepoint,data collection,mockups,vista,project coordinator.

Contract for 1 Year.

Key Responsibilities
- Track new request for artwork in VISTAlink for all CMOs and assign the folder to responsible artwork coordinator
- To designate a specific coordinator for the plant feedback phase and the final technical validation phase.
- Mainly not connected CMOs
- Manage KPI4 data
- Collect KPI4 data monthly
- Primary data collection - Recent PM First batch release date, Previous PM Last batch release date
- Entire portfolio CHC portfolio (connected, interfaced, not connected)
- Support accesses creation and modification to VISTAlink for internal as well as external stakeholders
- To prepare user forms for access creation
- To send the necessary trainings to complete the approaches




- To submit documents to One Support for approval of assignments
- Support various operational tasks within VISTAlink.
- Branding tracking
- To check new ongoing folders every week
- To contact project manager with new ongoing folders
- Enrolling manufacturers in Vista every month
- To write to Vista the manufacturer for the respective GMIDs from the report from the Master data specialist
- Collection of data for Eco Packaging Declaration ADELPHE
- BOM report for DPRM and IDA
- Compliance date in past/obsolete monthly report

Collecting Summer, Winter Closure Info. Annually If Required
SharePoint maintenance (Team file, CMO overview, etc.)
Experience On Microsoft 365
Excellent level of English mandatory

Previous Experience In a Global Company Required
University graduate

3-5 years of work experience
