We are expanding our B2B sales team and looking for dynamic professionals to drive growth in Mumbais real estate market.

Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, pitch, and onboard real estate developers for online advertising, branding, and lead-generation solutions.

Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to discover recent opportunities in assigned territory.

Plan and execute territory-specific business acquisition strategies to achieve revenue goals.

2. Relationship Management & Client Servicing

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by ensuring renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction.





Build long-term relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.

Act as a consultant to clients providing insights, campaign recommendations, and ROI analysis.

3. Sales Execution & Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Negotiate commercials, prepare proposals, and close deals with proper documentation.

Ensure timely billing, collection, and account reconciliation.

4. Coordination & Process Excellence

Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams for campaign delivery and client onboarding.

Maintain accurate data of leads, sales pipeline, and activities on CRM platforms.

Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and brand guidelines.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market shifts; share actionable insights with management.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlight
