Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Pune District. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up for residential interior projects.



Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design and service offerings, preparing and negotiating proposals, and ensuring high conversion rates. The role involves coordinating with design and project teams to align client expectations, tracking sales performance, managing a sales pipeline, and reporting on targets and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also develop local market strategies, build partnerships, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
- Experience in customer relationship management, needs analysis, and consultative selling within interiors, real estate, or related sectors.
