Sukudo Studios is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve workflows, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate will have strong operations management, team coordination, process improvement, scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving skills. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works well in a fast-paced workplace, and can effectively coordinate people, resources, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor team productivity, workflows, project progress, and operational performance.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows.
- Manage scheduling, resource planning, task allocation, and operational priorities.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards,



and business objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and service providers as required.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, documentation, and databases.
- Support recruitment, employee onboarding, staff coordination, and workforce management.
- Prepare regular MIS and operational reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Support management in implementing initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and business growth.
- Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
