Main purpose of role

To be a part of Quality Assurance Group(QAG) which offers software testing services.

1. Preparing test cases with detailed test steps by understanding the requirements of the project.

Develop test scripts which can be executed by the testers with minimal knowledge of the application/system's.

2. Define expected results.

3. Maintain the traceability matrices to demonstrate coverage of all requirements.

4. Test data preparation for execution of the test cases.

5. Test cases execution.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain test cases with detailed test steps.

2. Prepare test data for execution of the test cases.

3. Execution of the test cases.

4. Raise,



monitor defects registered in the defect management tool.

5. Provide support to Test Manager.

Essential Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of Kenan Billing system with hands on experience of 4-5 years in telecom domain.

2. Robust knowledge of Mediation and Subex Fraud Management with hands on experience of 4-5 years in telecom domain.

3. Good understanding of Unix/SQL/MS Excel.

4. Good understand of MS Azure with hand on experience.

5. Testing experience in a Quality Management environment.

6. General understanding of development methodology and how it relates to testing.
