About The Role
We are looking for an
Asset & Vendor Analysis Executive
to join our leasing business and take ownership of asset intelligence, vendor coordination, insurance continuity, and post-delivery asset management.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of
assets, finance, vendor management and risk protection
.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate asset specifications, usage profile, lifecycle considerations, market positioning and commercial suitability.
- Conduct structured research and coordinate with vendors, OEMs, valuers and external stakeholders.
- Support asset benchmarking, documentation and preparation of decision-ready analysis.
- Coordinate quotations, commercial inputs and procurement milestones.
- Manage end-to-end insurance coordination for leased assets, including policy placement, documentation, renewals and claim follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate asset records, insurance status and post-delivery information.




- Coordinate delivery activities including dispatch readiness, installation documentation, location tagging and operational confirmations.
- Monitor assets and vendors and proactively highlight exceptions, gaps or delays.

What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–3 years of experience in asset finance, leasing, procurement, vendor management, insurance operations, credit operations or related financial services.

✔️ Strong analytical skills with an understanding of commercial, asset and vendor information.

✔️ Experience coordinating with vendors, insurers, brokers, OEMs or clients.

✔️ Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and structured data/document management.

✔️ Strong communication and professional follow-up skills.

✔️ High ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
