We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior ServiceNow Developer
with solid hands-on expertise in
ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing scalable ServiceNow solutions and working with
CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Service Graph Connectors, IRE, Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, and Now Assist
.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and workflows.
- Develop server-side and client-side solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.




- Implement and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM standards.
- Work with Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Configure and customize CSM applications and case management workflows.
- Design and implement Virtual Agent conversations and Now Assist capabilities.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, governance, and best-practice compliance.
